Ruffin' It Resort charges by the half day for hotel stays.
This means that if your dog checks-in in the AM, the charge for that day will be a full day charge; whereas if your dog checks-in in the PM, the charge for that day will be for a half day. Conversely, if your dog checks-out in the AM, the charge for the day is a half day charge, and if your dog checks-out in the PM it is a full day charge.
For Example: If your dog checks-in in the PM on a Friday and checks-out on the following Sunday in the PM, the charge would be for 2 and ½ days.

Special Needs Rates
We welcome guests with special needs and will do whatever is necessary to ensure they are comfortable and happy throughout their stay. We have extensive experience with all types of guests including (but not limited to): diabetes injections and blood level monitoring, seizure-prone guests, guests in their "golden oldie" years (hip problems, arthritis, etc.), and guests recovering from surgical procedures.
Special needs rates depend upon the specific need(s) (i.e. insulin shots). Rates range from $3 to $10 per day. If your fur baby needs only minimal medications (i.e. administering two medications), there is no charge.
Guests that do not do well in a group of dogs, or what we call "private guests": $5 per day
Not sure if your dog is social with other dogs? We'll be happy to evaluate your dog in a controlled setting. |

Ruffin' It Resort's Cancellation Policy
Due
to the popularity of our services and the length of waiting
lists for our hotel, our 48-hour cancellation policy will
be applied if any changes are made to the reservation. Any changes made to the reservation dates,
without 48 hours prior notice, will be charged
in full for the entirety of the reservation.
During busy holiday seasons, we will have a 10-day cancellation policy in effect.
The 10-day cancellation policy is in effect for the following dates for 2010:
