Angela Dallman

Master Canine Caretaker

Angela was born and raised in Madison and always had a passion for animals.  Angela is certified in pet CPR and first aid and is currently working towards her certification as a Veterinary Assistant.  She says she is partial to the Vizsla because they have a perfect mixture of goofy playfulness and sweet cuddliness.  She also happens to have a Vizsla of her own, named Maverick.  Whenever she needs a pick me up, she says there is always a dog near by to give a kiss and a nudge under the chin and make everything right in the world again.  Angela has been a significant part of the Ruffin' It team since the very beginning back in 2006. 

 

                    

Danielle Leverich

Master Canine Caretaker

Danielle is from Reeseville, Wisconsin and moved to Madison to attend the UW.  She just graduated from the UW with a BS in Animal Science.  (Congratulations Danielle!)  To further her education, Danielle is now planning to enroll in the Vet Tech program at MATC.  She is certified in pet CPR and first aid and has been with Ruffin' It since 2006!  She loves getting to know all of the unique doggie personalities  and learning about dog behavior.  Danielle has an English Pointer, named Doc, that lives with her parents and on her free time she enjoys photography.

                    

Holly Erickson

Night Manager

Originally from Argyle, Wisconsin, Holly comes to Ruffin' It with a lot of experience.  She was a small and large animal Technician at her local Vet for 16 years, and a small animal and Lab Tech at a Middleton Vet for 2 years.  Overall, she has been a Certified Veterinary Technician for 26 years.  With 18 years of experience, Holly decided to become a Certified Pet Groomer and she started her own grooming business back in 2000.  She loves coming to Ruffin' It and working with all different types of dogs and being able to see all the different variety of breeds and personalities.  Holly spends her free time with her best friend, Rocky, a Giant Schnauzer.

                    

Jordan Sexton

Jordan is a native of Wisconsin, but plans on moving south one day.  He's had dogs all his life and currently has a Yellow Lab named Vista.  He enjoys working in our most active daycare play park and has a soft spot for Border Collies because of their smart and quirky personalities.  Jordan is an Airmen first class in the Air National Guard and is certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross.

                    

Amy Krieger

Client Service Specialist / Canine Caretaker

Amy moved to Madison from Columbus, Ohio in early 2009 and has been enjoying what Madison has to offer.  She enjoys cycling around Madison, reading , and recently taught herself how to knit.  She plans on attending UW Madison to finish up her degree in Psychology.  Amy grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes and currently shares her time with her Cavalier, Lindy.  She is certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross and is a part of every department at Ruffin' It.  Amy enjoys interacting with the clients at the front desk, playing with the daycare groups, and giving one-on-one attention to the hotel guests.   

                    

Danielle Luedkte

Canine Caretaker

Danielle grew up in Menomonee Falls and moved to Madison in 2004 to attend school.  She grew up surrounded be dogs and fell in love with Golden Retrievers before she could even walk.  She recently graduated from the UW Madison with a Bachelors in Communications.  Her dream is to eventually work for a company that specializes in marketing and event planning.  Danielle loves the variety of breeds and the individual doggie personalities at Ruffin' It.  She loves to be outdoors and go on long walks with her fiance and their Cavalier.  Danielle is also certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross.

                    

 

Morgan Carlson

Canine Caretaker

Morgan grew up in Minnesota alongside her best friend, Dixie, a Golden Retriever.  She has many years experience pet sitting for friends and is certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross.  She loves coming in to work to play with all the regular daycare guests and enjoys getting to meet any new guests as well.  Morgan just became a mom to a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy named Ada and she would eventually like to start fostering animals in need of a good home.

                    

 

Ben Dominish

Canine Caretaker

Ben is from Ohio and grew up surrounded by nature and animals.  He grew to love the outdoors and all species of animals which progressed into his love of science.  Ben would eventually like to go back to school to learn more about microbiology .  He has a blast working in daycare at Ruffin' It even when there are multiple things to juggle he still goes home feeling happy and smiling from ear to ear.  Ben is certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross and his favorite breed are Pit Bull mixes.  He enjoys the varied looks and their playful and loving disposition. 

                    

 

Emma Weidemann

Canine Caretaker

Emma recently graduated from the UW Madison with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.  She plans on going back to school for a masters in non-profit management and leadership in hopes of opening up a dog sanctuary and rescue.  Emma keeps herself very busy by working and volunteering at the Dane County Humane Society on top of working full time at Ruffin' It.  She has been certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross and recently started working as a training assistant with DCHS Second Chances Program.  Emma loves spending her time at Ruffin' It Resort and being able to build individual bonds with all of Ruffin' It's guests.  She has two dogs of her own: Bailyn, a Puggle, and Gracie, a Pit Bull mix.

                    

Brian Hickman

Master Canine Caretaker

Brian grew up in Virginia and, after high school, he gained a lot of experience working in Vet clinics and as a dog trainer.  He earned an Associates Degree in Service Dog Education and was able to utilize his education while he was a dog trainer and when training service dogs.  Brian has also been certified in pet first aid and CPR from the Red Cross.  He enjoys working in daycare because he is able to watch all the different dogs and their behaviors.  Brian has a Pit Bull named Badger and is an avid believer that Pit Bulls have gotten a bad reputation and are a lot nicer than what the media has portrayed them as.

Brittney Falkowski

Canine Caretaker

Brittney is originally from Rockford, Illinois but grew up in Madison.  Her two favorite things in the world are dogs and the outdoors and would like to incorporate both into her future career.  Brittney came to Ruffin' It with a lot of experience from working at another boarding facility and has been working with dogs for a total of four years.  Her favorite aspect of Ruffin' It is being able to watch the dogs interact but also caring for them, playing with them, and helping them learn obedience and proper manners.  She finds it very gratifying to help a shy/timid dog come out of their shell and open up.  Brittney is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR from the Red Cross and has a beautiful Boxer mix named Zuri.
