"We also wanted to thank you all again for being so patient with our situation and so wonderful with Emme.  We checked our records, and our first (unsuccessful) attempt to get Emme spayed was in the beginning of August ’06.  Bruce and I can’t even imagine what these past thirteen months would have been like without all of you and the Resort.  We have no doubt that there are many dog owners who feel the same way about their own particular situation, but we also know that you went out of your way even more than usual with Emme.  Clearly there were additional challenges anytime you put her in the mix (as if taking care of a pack of dogs isn’t enough), but we never heard anyone complain.  In fact, all we ever saw were great smiles, wonderfully creative report cards, some very impressive problem solving techniques, and an incredibly happy dog!    Thank you so much."
